Terms of Service
Last updated 19 September 2026
These terms apply to every website and software product operated by Matrabhed ("we", "us"), a sole trader business owned by Abdul Hady Aariyan of Dhaka, Bangladesh. By creating an account, installing one of our applications or buying a subscription, you agree to them.
1. The service
We provide software tools, listed at matrabhed.com. Each product page describes what that product does. We may add, change or remove features to improve a product, and we will not remove a feature you are actively paying for without telling you first and offering a refund for the unused period.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure, and for what happens under it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. One account is for one person or one family group, as described on the product page; sharing paid access beyond that group is not permitted.
3. Your content
Anything you write, upload or record in our products stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it. We store it only to provide the service to you and the people you invite, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to store the information you put in, including where it concerns another person.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use our products to break the law, to store or distribute malicious software, to harass another person, to work around usage limits, or to resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend an account that does these things, and where the reason is not fraud we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
5. Payment
Paid plans are shown with the price before you buy. Purchases made on our websites are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorised reseller and the merchant of record for those transactions; Paddle's own terms also apply to the payment itself, and Paddle's name will appear on your statement. Purchases made inside an Android application are processed by Google Play under Google's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
6. Refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
7. Availability
We aim to keep our services running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may need to pause a service for maintenance, and we may discontinue a product; if we discontinue a product you are paying for, we will give you at least 30 days' notice, a way to export your data, and a refund of the unused portion.
8. Liability
Our products are tools that help you organise information. They are not financial, legal, medical or tax advice, and nothing they produce should be relied on as such. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the claim. We do not exclude liability where the law does not permit it.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using our products and close your account at any time. We may end this agreement if you materially breach these terms. On termination your right to use the paid features stops; you may export your data for 30 days afterwards.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will notify you by email or in the product at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live. Questions about these terms: abdulhady.aariyan@gmail.com.
