Delete your NativeToEnglish account

This page applies to NativeToEnglish, by Matrabhed, on Android and in Chrome. Your account is the Google account you signed in with.

How to ask

1. Email abdulhady.aariyan@gmail.com from the same email address you signed in with.
2. Use the subject line Delete my NativeToEnglish account.
3. We confirm by reply and delete your account within 7 days.

Want only part of your data removed? Say which part in the same email, for example your usage history, and we delete just that and keep your account.

What is deleted

• Your account record: the email address you signed in with.
• Your Pro status and the purchase references linked to your account.
• Usage events linked to your account.

The text you improve is never stored, so there is none to delete.

What is kept

Records of payments are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 7 years, by our payment processors (Google Play and Paddle) and in our own accounts. They are not used for anything else.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription by itself. Cancel it first: in the Google Play app (Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions) for purchases made on Android, or from the link in your receipt email for purchases made on the web.
