Matrabhed

Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 September 2026

This policy covers every website and product operated by Matrabhed, a sole trader business owned by Abdul Hady Aariyan of Dhaka, Bangladesh, who is the data controller. It explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it removed.

What we collect

When you visit our websites

We use PostHog for privacy-preserving analytics. It records page views, the page you arrived from, approximate location derived from your IP address, device type, which buttons you click, how far you scroll, and how long you stay. We run it without advertising cookies and do not use it to identify you personally or to build a profile for advertising. We do not sell or share this information.

When you use a product

What we do not collect

We do not collect passwords for other services, browsing history outside our products, contacts, precise location, or content you have not chosen to send us. In NativeToEnglish, only the draft you select and the rewrite goal you pick are sent for improvement; we do not read surrounding conversation unless you explicitly include it for that one request.

Why we are allowed to process it

We process account and content data to perform the contract you enter when you use a product; usage events and analytics under our legitimate interest in understanding whether the product works, balanced against your privacy by keeping them free of personal content; and payment records because the law requires us to keep them.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the product, each acting on our instructions:

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We will disclose information if the law compels us to, and we will tell you unless we are forbidden from doing so.

Where it is stored

Our services run on infrastructure in the United States and Europe. Where information is transferred out of the UK or the European Economic Area, it is covered by the standard contractual clauses the relevant provider operates under.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, object to analytics, or ask us to restrict processing. Write to abdulhady.aariyan@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK or the EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our products are not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is limited to the owner. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the product before the change takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
